It’s August already, I never thought that it would be this quick, the year 2008. I was so hoping that it would run-by very slow for me to utilize every bit of it. but, I guess it’s not really on my side.
Whatever it is, I’m very glad that my gym habit still stick with me. Thrice a week, sometimes four, one or two hours will be spent working out. I’m so happy and proud for myself. Right now, I just keeping my patience that I will see the result in a few month. Well, I know it has shown a little by now, I’m just hoping that it would be a very mega one later.
I also had my health screening result last week. Two weeks ago, I went to pathlab HQ in KJ for blood & urine sample to be taken. The result was ok I guess, all within range, except for my uric acid content and cholestrol level.
My cholesterol is at 5.9 mol something something (I don’t really know the unit, so I just put 5.9 units) which is 0.7 more than healthy range. I don’t know what is the previous reading because I’ve never had any screening before, but whatever it is, I need to watch more closely at my food and also put more effort working out to further reduce that reading to healthy range.
As for my uric acid content, it is mostly due to lack of water, so better gulping a lot of it after this.

It has been 1 month since I started the sessions with my trainer. It has been good so far. I’m no longer pay the gym membership for nothing now. Every alternate day I’ll be working myself out at the gym and sleep has been good as well. The result, the weight loss, it’s okay, good actually, but my trainer said I shouldn’t be too hung-up on the result. Let my work out produces few results first and then I can see the progress, it’s much better that way, my trainer told me.
